I met a really nice employee here! She was great. The only thing is, the store needs a better selection of shoes. Still love going here occasionally for work heels.

The first time we shopped here we had a wonderful experience, but a month later, it was less than wonderful. We had to return after a pair of shoes we purchased completely fell apart after a month of use. The cashier was incredibly rude. After asking me what I used the shoes for (work and home use), she replied that they were dirty. I'd like to point out that yes, shoes get dirty. How shocking. She was incredibly rude after that as well, practically throwing the new shoes and receipt at me, not to mention I picked out shoes that were cheaper than my originals. The whole exchange was completely unpleasant and I will definitely have to be forced to come back. I work in retail myself and totally understand how frustrating it can be, but I don't deserve to be treated this way.
