  It turns out between my Nicole and her assisstant Kayla. They had managed to send it to the wrong email adress, and they did not place a confirmation call to me when they had sent the email verifing that it had been sent. Very poor customer relations if you ask me.

  This law office was recommended to us for our first home purchase. Dealing with them could not of been more frustrating, As they were representing both us and the seller. They refused to fight for my rights when negotiations got tough, and one employee was mouthing me off on the phone, in front of my wife, telling me i had no rights.....only to find out later she was only an assistant and had no authority to speak to me. The entire process was the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in memory.

  As a customer of Lewis & Chrenek llp I have a bitter taste left in my mouth. I had a time sensitive document drawn up by Nicole Simoneau. She told me it would be completed and ready and available to proceed within 14 days. I never heard anything from the firm. They called me months later and asked for payment for the document. The document which I did not posess.
