  Not much of a broker. Save yourself a lot of money and phone around on your own. Good luck getting them to call you back or transfer you to someone to help. Client for 16 years. They change their name every few years but its the same company.

  Usually impossible to speak to someone. You can leave messages, email, and get nothing. You have to walk in to get service. I am cancelling my policies as soon as possible. Terribly inconvenient to deal with. Typical Grande Prairie service. They don't need the business and don't care.

  If you're on their ass amazing things will get done. I have had mostly good experience with them but have also had a lot of empty promises for checking into better rates etc.

  I had 2 insurance brokerages shopping around for commercial coverage on a property I own- HUB International was one of them. For years and years, insurance had been less expensive with 2 policies in place on one property vs combining them. Very odd I know. I was recently put in the position of having to shop around as the other Edmonton brokerage decided that due to a change in use to the quonset (which was insured by HUB) that they would no longer insure the mobile rental. Kirtis (at HUB) explored all options and advocated on my behalf for lower deductibles. Compared to the Edmonton brokerage, his communication was clear and concise and he followed through on what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this brokerage! I have dealt with numerous insurance companies for many different types of insurance. HUB/Kirtis did an excellent job!!

  Not sure who the person in the other review is talking about, I've have nothing but perfect service with HUB. They get back to me right away, get my paperwork to me on the spot. They are a dream to work with!!!
