  Terrible service and work. Ordered the wrong windows, and then overcharged from quote. I tried to speak with the owner about both issues, he was arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility. Now, only a year later, during the cold snap we had, i have an inch of ice built up around those windows. Go someplace else, they're not worth the bit if money you save.

  Extremely helpful staff. Saved me money on more than one occasion, when I was going to do one thing they presented a better option. Friendly and professional. I recommend them for residential, automotive and commercial work.

  Excellent service, worked around the hours we were home and gave us a great price to do our basement windows. We will definitely use All West again when we redo the upstairs windows!
