I have been in the car business for over 30 years and I can say J Adams has the cleanest body shop facility I have ever set foot in! The accident repair he did for our 3 year old Grande Cherokee matched the rest of the vehicle perfectly! Too top it all they even cleaned our floor mats! Top it off with a friendly and professional staff it made for a great customer experience!

I had my motorcycle fender damaged by a dealership, and J.Adams was the dealers choice. My first meeting with the owner was great, and it was all down hill from there. It literally took almost 2 months from opening conversation to the finished repair.....for a loose motorcycle fender. At one point i had to bring the bike down so they could take a photo of the paint with a paint camera (with a dead battery), so that result coupled with the factory paint code, ended with a color that did not match abd had to be redone. The paint "bubbled" on 2 occasions which lead to it being redone. Multiple days dealing with their sub contractor for a pin stripe. Literally days waiting to hear any news, nothing but excuses, lies and no motivation. Its a good thing i wasnt paying for the work, or the whole ordeal would of been alot more stressful.

11/10 - The work was completed faster than expected, the quality was better than expected and the whole very positive experience ALMOST made me want to go out and get hit by a drunk driver again. :) Big thumbs up to Jeff, Ashley and their team!

I was rear ended this summer. J Adams was recommended through my insurance company. I also did my research and saw that it was highly recommended by others. In speaking with them before taking my car in they were awesome in the fact that they were willing to work with me around my schedule. Upon picking my car up, there were numerous issues with it still: the trunk would close without slamming and the bumper was not sitting flush. I had to take it back 3 times to "get it fixed". Upon showing the mechanic, he had told me, "Well it's not a BMW so it's not going to line up properly" and also made the comment, "oh Yeah, I saw that yesterday" but didn't do a single thing to fix it. The clips holding the bumper in place were bent and wouldn't hold it...and they still dropped it off like that. They also forgot tools in my car 2x, had my shifter all greased up and dropped my car off without locking it twice or talking to me when they said they'd keep me updated. The girl filling in for the regular lady at the front did a horrible job as well but on the last day I was in, the new lady was there and was pleasant. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere just due to the fact that I had to take it in 3 times to get my car fixed properly. If you're not actually paying attention to what they're doing they will try to get away with doing half the job. Oh and also, my paint color doesn't match. They said because there are more coats of shine on the original to the new piece, that they won't match because there are different dimensions...so it's obvious from all angles?

I wish that I could post a picture of how perfect my repair ended up. Ashley and Jeff took a negative (the accident that was not my fault) and turned it around. They were done quickly and with a high quality to their work (my husband is very picky). I know they also support the community which I love. When I talked to the Insurance adjuster they were quick to tell me that J Adams was approved for their repair network but that they have a special list for other shops that they can warranty the work for. I know that if I have ANY issue I can get it resolved so I am very happy I didnt listen to that. I may have gotten a shop that was NOT family friendly, was not as high quality. Thank you J Adams we are VERY happy.
