  Really disappointed with them, I had a simple issue with my truck and in "truck country" they never had simple parts to fix me up. The manager phoned me back after my complaint, but was basically giving me excuses and REALLY not listening to my point. I drive a tundra, and I'm happy with my truck. I preach to everyone i know how awesome the trucks are, but apparently I'm GP the service and parts are not so great. The manager did offer to help me, but took my comments to heart, and actually asked if we should" fire eachother " ? Not impressed. Mayfield Toyota from Edmonton flew in a thermostat and a local ford dealer installed it immediately. This dealership needs to listen, instead of making excuses.

  Great service. Stopped in last minute for skid plate to be fixed and they were so friendly and was done within a couple minutes.

  The staff were extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. Even meeting with me on New Years Eve (which was a Sunday). Made leasing my vehicle an absolute pleasure. Would recommend to everyone!!

  Most dealers. Ended up buying my new 2018 RAV4 and would recommend this
