  Purchased a truck to haul with. Was sold a truck with the wrong gear ratio for hauling. My bad for not knowing about gear ratios BUT their bad for selling me that truck. Went back to trade it in the sales manager would not work with me....how could he offer me any more than value for the trade in "this is a business " his words. Clearly only about the bottom line $$$

  I was reasonable asking since it was my fault for not knowing about gear ratios but also theirs for selling me a clear "do not but this gear ratio to pull with on the regular, that they meet me in the middle for the loss.

  Loved the experience, the tutorial on how to work all the technology in my car, the tour of the dealership in case I have to return for service .. even a professional into to service and parts guys.. would definitely recommend this dealer.. Ask for Myron when you go!
