  Worst bank ive ever dealt with deposit a check at the teller told all funds are available then get a call saying nope have to hold it closing account asap don't recommend anyone go here

  CIBC downtown is Even Worse than this place, they even Hang up on Customer's & truly couldn't care less, CIBC Totally Failed at Executing a simple Bank transfer to this socalled institution & took a Whole 2 weeks to finally tell me they (cibc) Couldn't do a simple bank tranfer,cause the crap they needed was missmatched & that's what you get for $11.00 a month bank fees & sometimes over $20.00 bucks a month a bank will happally Money Grab every time.

  I felt connected, and welcome, great atmosphere, treated in a kind and timely manner, efficient managment, RBC is above the Tech standard for most institutions very impressive.

  Very poor customer service, call back time. Small business support staff was extremely slow to get back to you and simply didnt care (waiting up to two weeks for call backs).
