  We called UPS Store for pricing and they emailed us a quote which was lower than the competition in the same city. Then they proceeded to tell us the 1600 pages would be ready the following morning at 9:00AM and they were!!! We are very satisfied both the workmanship and prompt service by by Layne and her team! GO UPS!

  I ordered phones online. Monday I stayed home all day. Left for a hour to get my son from school. They try an deliver that hour I'm gone. I call them to see if they can hold it at the UPS store so I can pick up the next day(Tuesday). They tell me we can but it can take 3-5 business days to put the request through. So I tell them okay don't hold it! Please deliver to my house tomorrow (Tuesday). Okay so now it's Tuesday. I'm home all day again get my brother to come to my house so I can leave to get my son from school. I call at 3pm because they still have not shown up to deliever my phones. The lady tells me they are due to be delivered today and they will be there before 7pm tonight. Okay cool!!! So my husband gets home at 5pm. He called them they inform him that the packages have been held. ARE YOU F****** KIDDING ME!!! So again I wasted my day waiting home for them to deliever these phones and they are don't being delivered. Also why didn't the lady that I spoke to at 3pm tell me they where being held so I could have went and picked them up. So I call at 6pm wait on hold for a hour speak to a superviser and all she could do was send an email advising Purolator (who is delivering my packages first I've heard of this) that the package needs to be delivered today November 22 before 2pm and there is no guarantee. Thanks a lot UPS. My husband needs these phones for work. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE USE UPS AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THEM AS WELL.

  They sign for your packages, you can come at any time as they have 24hr access with your key.

  I have used Nicole, Layne and the Team for many of my printing and design projects! The team always provides me with great insight into the options for projects, design and the end product is always awesome. If I have concerns they are quick to remedy and tweak! It's their attention to service and their overall knowledge that makes them awesome partners to have in your business!

  Ok, this is my first and I hope last experience with UPS. They were supposed to deliver my replacement phone, which I pay insurence for every month, within one business day. It has been over a week. They keep postponing delivery day after day, I call to get updates and they give me no clear answer. In the end, I still don't have my phone. Would never recommend. Very disappointed.
