  Those are the numbers and details people need to know. Why spend 20K if it's only going to gain you 10K... possibly? Another thing that I like about dealing with Mike is that he only recommends strategies to his clients that he has worked and done himself. Rental property - he can speak from experience... trying a flip - he knows the pros and cons..

  I would recommend Mike to anyone as a realtor!!! He was very professional and yet also very down to earth. He helped us through the entire offer process. Also his previous experience as a home inspector helped to get us top dollar for our house :) I give him a ten out of ten!!!

  I have known Mike for years and he has always amazed me. He has helped with looking for homes on numerous occasions. Made his schedule work for me and even after we didn't move he continually kept me updated on properties and opportunities.
