  When you call, they don't answer the phones or they pass the buck and nothing is ever resolved. I paid 600 dollars for the service. My child in kindergarten had 3 run ins with bullies. They were never reprimanded for their actions, when he took matters into his own hands he was written up. They forgot to pick him up multiple times. When he left a pair of mittens on the bus I had the joy of seeing their poor example of a lost and found system. Needless to say, he will not be taking the bus this year.

  They are very nasty and short on the phone, give you the wrong information which cases delays and mis-communications then they pass the buck. Not once trying to help or fix the situation. Now my child will be missing school because he has no transportation for days (not given a time line of how long it will take to set up a route?) Seriously someone in this job needs to get it together.

  Very disappointed this year. They are no longer picking up preschoolers on their street but on the main road. My road specifically is very unsafe especially in the winter. There is no pedestrian walkway to safely cross. There's so many factors. Now when the bus breaks down or is late im going to be standing outside with a kid a toddler and a baby in -30 weather for who knows how long. Why oh why can they not just turn down the street to pick my kids up. Is it seriously that big of a deal?! You try and call and you get the run around and crabbiness and "this is just the way it is" i know many kids have decided to not take the bus this year because of this new protocol. And i pay for 1 of my kids to take the bus! My husband is calling today and if no changes are made then my kids won't be riding either unfortunately.
