  I feel that the customer service was terrible. Your guests should not be fixing your plumbing, and doing housekeeping duties for the price super 8 is charging.

  Because I am staying in Grand Prairie for work, I had a cross shift cover me for one night and this person was staying in my room. My coworker made the staff aware that I would be returning, and would be needing my bedding changed. When I went to go to bed I pulled back the covers to reveal a large stain in the sheets as well as crumbs in my bed. The staff did not change the sheets. I called the front desk to tell them I need clean sheets so I could go to bed. They told me to come down stairs and grab bedding. I asked them if they could at least bring the bedding up to me. They told me no, and I had to go down stairs, get new bedding and come back up and strip and remake the bed.

  They have fake news CNN. But if you want to watch real news Fox news. You have to pay Telus $4 on order from channel on demand. Telus has CNN and Fox on the same news theme pack. So super 8 should get both

  PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE HERE!! felt like I was playing some mind puzzle game, like you needed to pass a test before entering the hotel. The lobby guy working when we checked in was nice, the one working the grave yard shift was rude though.

  Very accommodating while we've stayed here due to a house fire. They have a pool with a slide, a small gym and continental breakfast. The maintenance lady Jen has been amazing and has gone above and beyond for us when we have even minor issues.

  When I arrived at the super 8, my toilet already had urine in it, and was plugged. I notified the front desk that my toilet was not functioning properly. They asked me to come down stairs and grab a plunger. They then sent me upstairs to plung the toilet myself.

  The beds and pillows are so soft. Loved them! The free breakfast was good, room was clean and a pretty decent size. But then tragedy struck in the form of sugar. First the coffee maker was not plugged in so had to move it around the room to find a plug in and once we did there was no sugar, actually there was empty, opened packages of sugar in it but no filled ones. Then began the great hunt for room service lady to get bloody sugar.
