  I called about exchanging it ($146 pillow by the way) was told it was no exchange/refunds. Funny. Douglas Mattress is letting me have 120 day trial run of our mattress without obligation to keep it. I can return an entire mattress to Douglas mattress but not a pillow to Sleep Country. Won’t make the mistake of shopping here again

  Never will I buy a mattress from Sleep Country again. Bought a mattress last May of 2017. When we received the mattress is was very hard. Went back to Sleep Country after a couple of weeks because it was not getting softer. They told me to take the full 6 weeks and it would soften up. Waited the 6 weeks and went back in again. The store manager told me it could take up to 6 months for it to get to the softness required. Guess what? After 6 months still not softened to the mattress we thought we were getting when ordering. Talked to the district manager and the best they could do because it was past the 6 weeks was give me 50% off a new mattress or 25% off a mattress on sale. Well I had already paid $700 or more for a new mattress that my husband nor I can sleep on because it is too firm. Why would I spend more money at a business that does not try to help their customers who have received bad information from their staff?
