This is a great hotel. We had booked a room and ended up coming to town a day early, they were able to get us in, and gave us an upscale room also. It was warm and clean. There's a busy nightclub at the location but we couldn't hear it at all. I'd imagine the lower rooms might be able to hear the music. Great price also. Denny's on location for breakfast, hotel supplies $10 gift cards.

It's a dive. My list of complains is too long. Just think of your worst hotel experience and multiply it by 3. Easily the worst hotel I've been in in 20 years. Pay the extra ten bucks a night and go somewhere else. Seriously the only good thing about this place is the organic shampoos and soaps. It's like a 3 star in Cuba vibe. Which is a 2.

Nice rooms, if hotel is booked parking can be mighty tight. No free breakfast but Denny's attached

Front desk is always accommodating when they can be which is good for my work. It's across the street from Revolution if you're in town for an event which makes it convenient. BarOne downstairs which is nice.

The staff was as courteous as was necessary but I didn't appreciate the brisk attitude. This hotel is showing it's age. The floors were worn and tiles cracked, grout browned, the mattress was uncomfortable because I could feel the springs. Everything I noticed was clean and I did not feel worried about sleeping in the bed. I felt there was good security in the hotel. I felt it was too expensive for the quality however being grande prairie it was a pretty standard rate. I probably wouldn't stay again at that price.
