  Had the king suite. Perfect. Everything i required. Walls a little thin, not a big deal.

  Good hotel with nice staff. When I was checking in for the third time this last week the same guy on check in was on the phone getting this woman's luggage rerouted inside the airport. She'd come from Amsterdam for 3 days and was actually already at the airport and leaving in 2 hours. Carrier was trying to deliver luggage to hotel which means she would have missed her luggage again. Hope she was surprised that her luggage was waiting for her in Amsterdam. His comment was that he'd made someone's day. AGREED. That's what I would call the extra mile.

  Staff are great and they upgraded my room type for free. They serve your typical continental breakfast. My only real complaint is the parking situation is absolutely brutal, have been a few nights where there are literally no spots left so you are left to park on the grass, there are not really any other lots close by
