  10/10 I had an emergency with my truck after working 13 hours had to stay overnight instead of driving home had the truck towed to the hotel got there at 10pm the lady behind the desk was amazing helped me out got me set up in a great room the next day the ladies at the front desk were also awesome even gave me a cardboard box to cover my radiator. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Good hotel with comfortable rooms and amenities. Excellent location with easy access to business areas, shopping, airport. Access to beautiful park system and walking/cycling trails is right across the street. Dining choices include restaurant on site (although over-priced) and a Tony Roma's on the other side of the parking lot. The only thing keeping my rating at 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room rate is at the top end of Grande Prairie hotels. At a slightly lower price point, I would have rated this hotel at a 5 star level. Overall a good experience.

  We came into GP with false alarm contractions and they were very accommodating and cheery at 3:00 in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Very nice bathroom with a great shower head! The breakfast is hot and /or continental and so good. My son very much enjoyed the staircase.

  I feel like a VIP every time. Great spot. It's not fun what I do in GP, but they make it all bearable.

  I travel a lot for work and When I check into a hotel I use bleach wipes to tidy up door knobs, light switches etc and each hotel usually leaves the them dirty. This BW at GP. Is VERY CLEAN.

  I am very picky about a clean room and this is the only hotel that has ever passed my “clean room” test.

  Awesome staff, quality linens, very nice updates, your cleaning staff are so wonderful they are clearly a team that takes pride in their work and they are cheerful and have fun doing there job.
