    Went there at 4:50 something on a tuesday. Checked the website before going and said they are open till 6:30. When I got there there was a sign in the window saying come in we're open and it also said they closed at 6. When I went to go grab the door it was locked. I looked through the window and saw a lady inside. I knocked on the window to get her attention, she looked at me and tried making hand gestures that I could not understand. I sat in the window for another little bit and instead of coming to the door and telling me they were closed she went to go hide in the back. Very dissapointed in the service... Ended up going somewhere else and won't ever be going back there again.

    Guy helped out so much and fixed my wedding ring gem! Didnt think it could be done, other stores said it probably couldnt but he did it and made it perfect. Great guy
