  After going in to the shop, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful. He called me when the watch was completed and explained in detail what had been wrong and how he had fixed it. He was able to diagnose the original problem and even find another chronic problem which had affected the watchs ability to tell time correctly. Very happy.

  I called in to ask a couple questions. The man that answered the phone was the most miserable person and should not have been dealing with customers! He basically told me if I wanted any help I would have to go in and see him, then hung up on me. I was a bit shocked as I have never encountered this bad of phone service (not even when I have reached a call center in some *other* country) I most deffnatly will not be taking my business here.

  Claude is a grumpy old man who only accepts cash, and makes you feel like an idiot if you take your watch their to get fixed.
