    Sheila at Prarie Villa has been my broker for my auto insurance for over 10 years. She's excellent! Even though I now live in Calgary I still get her to handle my auto insurance. Most changes I can handle over E-mail and she always handles it in a timely fashion.

    Always excellent service. As for the 1 star reviews, English must not be their strong point and they sound like entitled foreigners. PVI is not the DMV. they are the insurance company. I've been with PVI for 5 years now. That's not about to change.

    Pretty sure a few people writing reviews have confused The Licence Centre with Prairie Villa Insurance. Prairie Villa is insurance and not licencing/fines, etc. I have never had any issues with Prairie Villa and they are super helpful and take all the time you need to answer questions.
