    I came in with dead batteries on my replacement warranty and the young man behind the counter tested them for me and said they just needed to be charged. The report said they failed. The manager Jennifer Steeves was awesome and got me my batteries for me and stayed after closing to make sure I was making it home! Thank you Jennifer!

    Always busy. To many young people with not enough knowledge. Pet friendly. But long line ups. Trying to call and there always busy.

    Store is busy and finding somebody to help you can be a challenge. However, Canadian tire has been improving this by adding more staffs on the floor. Also, their radio gaget is pretty neat as if the person who is helping you doesn't know something, they ask for it on the radio and give you an answer right away.

    Do not by a Christmas tree here!!! Terrible service if anything goes wrong. They told me that the $350 tree I bought that 1/3 of the bulbs blew on they can’t do anything about it. Bought it before Christmas last year and my warranty ran out a week past a year... it has only been used for about 4 weeks. Off to Costco for the next one.
