    Terrible customer service from Janelle. Called and ordered some hardware and was given an ETA, called to check on my order after the ETA and waited daaaays to get a straight answer out of her and when I called and got firm with her she admitted she hadn't even called the manufacturer to see if my order was shipped. Terrible customer and business relations, I honestly think she forgot to place my order. Will not waste my breath calling there again.

    Occasionally I have to call for work....I dread it. They don’t return phone calls, they are far from pleasant to deal with, seems like they just don’t care
