  Quality floors has been my family's choice for flooring since they opened. Mitchell and Donnie and their crew have a great selection of product and the expertise to get it done. They have done office renovations, our home and new office for us. I recommend them to all of our friends.

  Wow! Tons of selection and great knowledgeable staff to get the products you need to finish off your home building or home Reno project. Will definitely be back to do the basement. :)

  Yes was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a great deal on carpet. I'll be going back for more flooring for sure. Great selection on carpet, tiles, laminate, vynal tile, the things I was looking for.

  We used Quality Flooring to get a small can of paint matched to our tray ceiling colour, since we were touching it up. Using the spec sheet that I was given by my home builders, I gave them the colour code we needed along with the name of the paint colour. After mixing the paint, they did not provide a small swatch on top of the paint can (which I thought was a bit weird but didn't say anything about it). Then we paid and went home. The colour isn't a match with our tray ceiling and is about 10 shades lighter with a green tinge. I'm not sure what happened here but when we took the paint can back to ask for the proper colour, we were told they 'don't do that' at this store. So we are left with an greenish brown paint colour (see the difference in colour in the photo) that was their fault and were given no solution to fix this other than pay for another can of paint and have them try to remix it. I'm unimpressed with how little customer service was handled, along with the fact that they take zero responsibility for mixing paint and making sure that it is/was the correct colour. I would never shop here again as I can get quality paint mixed elsewhere. I would honestly not recommend this store and I'm upset by how this was handled.
