  The service was outstanding! they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the new Bed Set I got. They delivered it when I asked and even set up the new bed for me, they were fast and courteous. I would recommend Towne Center Furniture to anyone!

  I bought a new leather love seat by La-Z-Boy about four years ago from Towne Centre Furniture. The service from Jerry Kilani was exceptional as he took the time to explain that since there is height difference between my wife and I that we should look for a love seat that has a lower profile. The benefit for my wife is that her legs would be able to touch the floor and sit much more comfortably. A quick demonstration showed us what he meant. From there he pointed out several different options along with colour and fabric choices. Since then, any visits to the store is met with a warm welcome from Jerry and the staff at TCF. Customer service, knowledge of product and pride and excitement of their store set them apart from competitors.

  This is the best place in town to get your furniture right away.. their showroom and warehouse is huge! The staff are always smiling and friendly too

  We recently bought a piece of furniture from this location. Upon going to pick it up at the warehouse, they couldn't find it and said they had a mix up with their inventory and gave us the option to pick out a different one we liked at no extra charge, go back to the store and take the one on display and receive a $100 credit or a refund for the entire purchase plus a $50 credit for the inconvenience. The owner handled the situation expertly and made sure that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be back in the future. Great customer service!
