  After unpacking the second table it was cracked and damaged too means somebody might have returned it too and they sold us what a shame on the store who dont care for their customers and keep selling bad pieces .

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Regarding 4 faulty bean bag chairs purchased by my children, I have been trying to resolve this issue for approximately 5 months. After replying to the online incident emails there has been no contact. Have spoken to 3 different store managers vi email and phone, as well as 2 customer service agents - none of which have helped but rather keep sending me on a run around. The last words from one of the managers today were that "it takes time and I should call customer service, her hands are tied at store level". After over an hour on the phone today with customer service today the gentlemen apologetically informs me that since the store is in Canada only the store manager can help resolve the situation. Of course, she is out of town until next week and we move tomorrow. Super disappointed, and expect way better communication.

  The table was tons of kg after opening and ASSEMBLING ourselves we found out that the table was cracked on the corners we called the store and they said they ll give us the new one so we had to pack the super heavy table again and took it back to store .

  buy from cosco or Ashley etc atleast they ll deliver the heavy furniture to ur house and Save urselves from heavy lifting and back aches .

  what ????What does that mean? where is in the policy it states ? and y wd we keep the cracked table when the return policy says we have 30 days to return it and most of all it was cracked so no point of wasting 12-1400 $ on damaged table.
