    Doug Friesen and his staff provided my family with a very positive experience during a very hard time. The passing of a loved one is never easy but Doug guided us through the experience in a very professional manner.

    He was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate requests on very short notice and ensured he that we did not miss key aspects of the process. He and his staff were very nonjudgmental and willing to listen to the families wishes. The result was a very memorable positive experience.

    Very thorough and considerate ... I was happily surprised when exploring options for various aspects of the process, we weren't limited to the options that clearly resulted in the gains of the funeral home. Fortunately I don't have a lot of experiences with funeral homes to compare with, but that said, this place gets 5 stars.
