    Way too much staff in this store, and it’s extremely obnoxious that they’re talking and gossiping 24/7. Why bother hiring so much unneeded hands, and it’s completely unprofessional to gossip and laugh while a customer 4 meters away needs help. Moreover, the selection of electronics is honestly bland, they don’t even offer any quality laptops, or headphones, e.g. Acer Predator 15 or even an Intel Legion Y520. They don’t even have any value headphone brands, just overpriced brand names like skull candy, beats, or apple. No offence.

    I just wanted to give praise and appreciation to an outstanding experience I had with Riley at the returns counter. I know my situation was not the easiest to handle, but Riley kept his composure during the whole time and he was very apologetic for the length of time it was taking to find a solution. He not only found a solution for me, but he was also making sure that he was acknowledging other customers who were waiting behind me. I know it can be an overwhelming time of year for retail workers; I appreciate the time he spent on my “case” and I hope he’s commended for a job well done! Koodos Riley, keep up the great work!!!

    Looks like the place us going out of business.. shelves are empty. I could have spent hundreds of dollars but everything I want is gone. I give it a few more months and it will be shutting down. Seems like all the big stores are doing it.

    I don't come here very often since I live out of town but the selection is pretty much the same everytime I go and the shelves look rather empty. As for the service you get the occasional good employee but it's few and far between. Last time I went the only cashier was the returns desk so I waited patiently facing that direction, then another employee came up to open a till and took the person from behind me up to the till. Even though there were still people being helped at the return counter and it looked like it was going to be a while. I put back what I had selected and left. That is just bad customer service and it is inexcusable.
