  Everyone is so happy and helpful! Bought my grad dress here and loved it, the ladies were very helpful while I was shopping and I was lucky enough to get to work with then for a few months later on. All so fun to work with, always a happy atmosphere and having fun! I highly recommend anyone looking for grad, special event, bridesmaid or bridal gowns to check out Castaspella’s boutique, I have no doubt that you will love your experience at the store and come out smiling!

  After trying on dresses at all three local stores for wedding dresses (one has since closed) three years ago I ended up purchasing my dress at Castaspella. They were the only store to give friendly service, as well as the only store willing to disclose dress prices upfront. I also ordered my daughters bridesmaid dress and my maid of honours dress and had a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend Castaspella.

  This is someone’s wedding. One of the most memorable days of their lives. Being in this industry, you’d THINK one would do their best to make sure each client has little to no problems with everything that is in your control.. and if you can’t do that, SHOW SOME UNDERSTANDING AND GIVE THE BRIDE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAKE EVERYTHING EASIER.

  I had a great experience. My sales associate was super helpful and informative. Which I am so grateful for because I had no idea it was necessary to order so far in advance. But thanks to her I found my dress and accessories and have ordered everything with time to spare.

  Wonderful experience shopping for gowns. The ladies pulled many options once I decided a style I liked. They made shopping for bridesmaids dresses super easy with something that worked for all my different shaped girls. Highly recommend them. Julia was kind and made the whole this low stress and fun.

  The owner showed some of the worst customer service I have ever heard of anyone receiving. Sizing was messed up on each of our bridesmaids dresses by a minimum of FOUR SIZES. For example - they ordered one of the dresses based on the hip size, even though the only “fitted” part of the dress is the bust/waist. Like, what? The dress literally FELL DOWN when I tried it on. That is not OUR mistake, that is whoever placed the order. Our first time Bride, went in to see what can be done, whether we can return some dresses for the right sizes (as this was the stores error), or for any suggestions in the right direction.. ANYTHING to make this less stressful. And the owner gave NOTHING. No recommendations, nothing. Even after admitting, that she “should have known better” and said that the employees “can’t read my mind”. After the bride started to tear up and get frustrated, which after dealing with this inconsiderate woman Is no surprise, said woman laughed in the brides face when she asked for a refund, and denied it.
