  Had a small flood. Had to redo the basement. They were ok to clean up the water but holy hell do not let them do any carpentry work. They say they are red seal but that is bs. They might have someone on staff that is but they don't sent that one. Everything was out of square. Door frames were not level. Trim was a disaster. Everything was 1/4 to 3/8 out. Doors did not close. Wall paint on the ceiling. White ceiling paint slopped on the wall and new flooring. All this wrapped up in 6 months of poor project management. The basement was more of a disaster afterwards than before. I only hope you find this review before you get stung by this outfit as well!

  I’ve been using Klean-Rite for my carpet cleaning for over 10 years and they’ve always exceeded my expectations. I recently had a flood in my basement and again they went above and beyond to restore my home to better then it was before.
