  Daniel and Daniel are exceptional at customer service. Even when they are obviously very busy with customers they are smiling, professional and have a great sense of humour. The two cars I've recent rented were in new and well maintained. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. You won't be disappointed!

  Reserved a vehicle 2 months in advance after my car was damaged. When the day arrived they did not have the vehicle i reserved, instead a 2 wheel drive sedan that was not up for the winter driving conditions we experience in Grande Prairie. To add to this they were an hour late picking up my wife making her late for work. In no way was this a positive experience.
