  As we have moved forward with the vehicles we have experienced a number of issues with engine codes and check engine lights on the journey. I must say Andrew and the service team have gone above and beyond our expectations in diagnosing and repairing said issues. A huge thank you to the team on the service side and to Andrew for constantly exceeding those expectations and for always providing proper information as to what is happening with our vehicle

  Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Garry Laflamme was so easy to deal with. Found me the perfect pre-owned vehicle. Very professional and not pushy at all. Chrissy in finance was also excellent to deal with. They were upfront, honest and completely down to earth. Thank you all for the great buying experience.

  My experience with Norlan Chrysler was the most pleasant experience i have ever had while purchasing a vehicle! A huge thanks to Dom and John for making it happen for me.   Amazing first experience buying a new vehicle yesterday! I worked with Jesse and he could not have been better or more patient. I’ll be honest, I generally think of vehicle salespeople as sketchy, especially being a woman with limited (ie. zero) knowledge on vehicles or finances but Jesse was fantastic and he was equally as helpful/honest/non-pushy on the first night (when I came in with just my mom) as he was on the second night when I brought my BF with me. I had a budget that he tried very hard to keep me within but... I was not compliant... #treatyoself, right?

  Excellent customer service from both Dave and Andrew. Always answered our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. These guys went above and beyond. This was the least stressful vehicle purchase that my family has made.

  We had an amazing experience at Nor-lan Chrysler. Jesse Clark was our salesman and he was kind, patient, personable and best of all not pushy. He listened to what we wanted, respected our budget and provided us with a vehicle that suited all our requests. We had our vehicle in less than 24 hours and he made sure that the process was painless. Highly recommend.

  For real though, Jesse was incredible, stayed late both nights, got the best deal possible, and was just a genuine, no BS kinda guy. I would highly recommend him and the dealership as a whole. The sales and finance manager were also wonderful to deal with.
