    I have been dealing at GP Power sports since 1997 and have always been treated well. Friendly sales, service, parts and accessories personal that make you feel welcomed. Many people have tried to get me to switch brands but with the quality of product and service received why would I? Keep up the good work.

    This is clearly a fabrication of the truth. I'm not surprised by this as this a company makes a sale on a product they didn't have (or sold to someone else after the fact).

    I've always recieved great service from all the staff at GP Power Sports. I needed a quote for a friends special tires on his quad and parts had a price for me within a few minutes, I shopped around on the internet and found their price to be right on. Great selection of clothing items too! They have very knowledgeable Technicians in the repair shop, fair price for maintenance and repairs.

    1) First sales guy I dealt with knew nothing about snowmobiles and could not even get me prices on the accessories I wanted to purchase with the machine.

    After all the issues they created I only asked that they replace the bag and they refused. I could go on and on about the managers not returning calls, and a number of other issues but ultimately my advise is this, avoid this place as customer service is very low on their priorities.

    4) The machine showed up dirty and rusted and damaged from sitting out in a yard for a long time. They charged me $400 to PDI it but sent it full of dirt, rust and with factory parts not installed. My favorite part is the goggle bag was all discolored and wrecked even though it had a tag that clearly said, "Dealer ensure this bag is removed if the unit is stored outside"

    I find in interesting they claim the damage was done in shipping and that they notified me the unit I was purchasing was 3 years old with "signs of wear". Yes, I was aware it was a 2015 model however nothing was ever mentioned about the condition not being new. Would any normal consumer not ask for pictures or details on what these "signs of wear" are?
