  Had a facial. Super over priced. Didn't do extractions. Was told that I Should have requested it when I was booking and it costs extra. In what world does a facial not come with extractions? The actual facial felt great, but they always do. No one greeted me when I walked in. Waited 5 minutes for the receptionist to come out from somewhere. I was looking in the case of face products. She comes out and gives me a dirty look and asks if I touched the case because it was open slightly. No I did not. Also she was late taking me in by 5 minutes and my appointment was not extended. Never again.

  Went here for a relaxation massage a few days ago. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival, the massage was very relaxing and calming. The price was a little on the high side but the service was good. Only downside was that I realized I was shorted 15 minutes on my massage when I left, due to the new client paperwork when I arrived.

  It was my first time getting a pedicure and Amber was awesome. It has been over 3 weeks now and my polish is still perfect. I will be back.

  The estiticians are great but the front desk staff is very bad. Booked appointments for two of us and two days later totally screwed up severices and time. Instead of trying to fix it they yelled at us. Very poor customers service I understand mistakes happen but not they way to fix it by yelling at your customer.
