  I came here to get my hair dyed blue and I am not at all satisfied. They were nice and all but the work the lady did was just sloppy. She did not bleach my hair enough and it turned into a more yellow blonde, blue and yellow makes green so it tuned into a more greenish blue and i wanted dark blue. It said on the dye tube that heat should be applied to make it last longer and she did not do that I literally had to dye it again a week later she didnt even ask me if i wanted permanent or semi permanent dye. Not worth the 140$ i paid

  Got my hair cut done here. Did exactly how I wanted the length to be.. only thing is.. one side of my hair lengths is longer then the other and my bangs were cut unevenly. the ladies were very polite. Just wish I'd look twice in the mirror before leaving the salon.

  They were polite but did not give me what I asked for my hair was already dark brown all they did was simple lighten my hair to a brown and I wanted differently do me side is brighter then the other: and this was the only hair dresser I've went to and another experience when I had long hair they cut my hair into a bob and it was uneven: thought my first experience would be the last but nope: gonna look for another place to do my hair from now on

  Everytime I have had my hair done here, it has been a wonderful experience. My entire family comes here and we have very different hair and they are always great and it always looks good.

  December 23, got my appointment for a haircut but the lady asked me if that would be ok if the apprentice will do the work..I said YES! ( Back of my mind thinking that there must be someone around and make themselves available if the apprentices needs them). Well, got in and proceeded, wash, shampoo and ask me of what would I like, I said shorter but with layers. So, she agreed and proceeded in trimming my hair, 5-10 minutes she was done, she blow dried my hair and iron it. Like really? And when she's done ironing, I pointed out the lapses, then she called the other which I believe her supervisor. So, she did help me cutting those hair that sticking out and fix my bangs and she left. The apprentice is back in doing layers but it was so aweful. She put something on my hair like a hairspray. So my point there is, they ruined my day that supposed to be my birthday. My hair was not done right, not even in both sides, no layers, and lots of hair that sticking out. This is my 3rd in this salon but my all experiences are not commendable. The politeness of the staff are spot on though but the work sucks! I paid 50 dollars for the shampoo basically. I can't just accept it that my hair is aweful! Very aweful! My friend even told me that my hair is a mess! Looks like a bunch of grasshoppers attacked me. Not recommended!
