  I switched to TD at the cobblestone and I like it so far! Staff was friendly and helpful with getting my account set up. I like that this branch is close to my house too.

  I personally would not recommend a certain "Financial Advisor" at this location. After what started out as a great appointment, I had hope that TD Bank would be the answer to helping me build a better future for myself and my family. After waiting to hear back about a loan, I was told that I did not qualify, and needed a co-signer. That I had no issues with, what I had problems with was the lack of information by said advisor that led to me not qualifying. I wish for the days where individuals of the bank would actually sit and listen to you and not just type numbers into their computer.

  Great staff, quick service and no problems when I was new to Grande Prairie and didn't have my bank card with me.

  This location is not open Sunday, when really all locations should be open "8 till late" like in Winnipeg all major branches are 8till8 Monday - Friday. Open Sunday and you'll gain a star.

  Loved banking here at TD till lately. Went to deposit a certified cheque in my bank account & the cashier said it would not be a problem. However.. they put a hold on the money telling me it was a fraudulent cheque. I spent the whole day fighting with td trying to free my money. Got solved in the end. BTW..one of the cashiers said I had said I was donating the money to a school in Mexico!!! Wth?
